What You’ll Do
Run discovery sessions to understand customer root causes and map them to Salesforce capabilities. Build and present solution concepts and demonstrations linked to clear business outcomes. Co‑create solutions with customers and Builder Teams on the Salesforce platform. Coordinate the solution cycle with Account Executives and specialists to keep the experience cohesive and outcome‑focused. Explain Salesforce value clearly to audiences ranging from hands‑on users to senior decision makers. Contribute to pipeline generation through workshops, briefings and industry events. Share learning openly and help evolve solution engineering practices. Required Qualifications
1–3 years in a technology‑centric role such as innovation, consulting or presales. Strong curiosity for how solutions work behind the scenes and ability to explain complex topics simply. Awareness of system integration concepts (APIs, data flows) and ability to sketch simple architectures. Business‑fluent German and professional proficiency in English. Comfortable in a fast‑paced, initiative‑driven environment. Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on interest in low‑code prototyping, AI agents or coding assistants. Understanding of how AI reshapes discovery, prototyping and automation. Familiarity with the Austrian mid‑market landscape. Exposure to CRM, CX or Service platforms, including Salesforce or other business applications.
