Your mission: turn bold product ideas into scalable platforms and shape the next growth chapter.

• Define and drive the technical roadmap — and influence company strategy
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team
• Contribute hands-on to core product development (TypeScript/React/Node)
• Build scalable systems, architectures, and processes for rapid product delivery
• Align tech, product, and business stakeholders — clearly and effectively

What You Bring

• 7+ years of deep TypeScript experience (frontend & backend)
• 3+ years of proven engineering leadership
• Very strong technical maturity: large-scale systems, architecture, and technical debt management
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and team-building skills
• Clear communication — with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Startup mindset: you thrive in fast-paced, small-team environments
