What your day will look like :
In this position, you will assume full responsibility for HR in the European operations. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing human resource policies for the company’s employees.
- Creating and executing effective onboarding plans.
- Developing training and development programs.
- Supporting management with disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Conducting accurate and constructive performance assessments of employees.
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintaining organized records and files of all employees.
- Assisting the operations manager in motivating and supporting staff.
- Monitoring key business metrics for regulatory compliance, digital marketing, and business profitability.
- Implementing worker training, and handling dismissals in accordance with company policies.
- Organizing team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster strong relationships among employees.
- Promoting the use of technology to streamline HR processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Patience and ability to manage employees with diverse personalities.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Deep knowledge of HR management systems and recruitment guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with multitasking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, or related fields.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Certification as a Human Resource Management Professional.
