Technical support employee in the IT area

We are currently looking for an IT Specialist – System Integration to support and develop exciting tasks and projects. We work for organizations / brands such as Levis, Marc O\’Polo, KaDeWe, Tom Tailor, Wormland, KIND.

You Have:

• Solid IT skills
• Experience in the area of support
• High willingness to learn, commitment, ability to work in a team and perseverance
• Affinity for IT hardware and software topics
• Car driver\’s license

You speak German and English.

Your Tasks:

• Telephone support / technical hotline: 1st and 2nd level support up to escalation
• Installation and maintenance of multi-channel and digital signage players (Windows, Android)
• Independent analysis and rectification of faults
• Create IT structures for 4Dmagic, and in cooperation with the customer IT, for the customer (Security+)
• Preparation of rollouts
• Creating new solutions and structures in a team
• Strong process and desire for leadership
