Overview
In this role you lead a global UX organization through AI-driven transformation, shaping user experiences across an expanding AI-native product portfolio. You align UX strategy with product, technology, and business priorities, advocating user-centered design at the highest levels. You’ll build a high-performing team, scale design operations, and oversee capacity planning to ensure impactful, consistent UX across products. This position offers a strategic, cross-functional leadership role with a meaningful footprint in logistics software.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead and grow a global UX organization across Europe and India
- Define and drive the UX vision and strategy aligned with product and business goals
- Partner with product management, engineering and stakeholders to ensure a consistent UX
- Inspire, hire, coach, and develop design leadership and teams
- Scale design operations and AI-native ways of working
- Own capacity, forecasting, prioritization, and reporting visibility to leadership
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 10+ years in UX or Product Design with senior leadership experience
- Experience leading managers and distributed international teams (Europe and India)
- Product-minded with background in complex B2B software or supply chain environments
- Experience building or transforming UX organizations across multiple products/teams
- Understanding of AI-driven or agentic product experiences
- Ability to translate product and business strategy into actionable UX direction
- Strategic, decisive leadership with strong stakeholder management and hands-on mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly to Berlin and Bangalore
