Overview
In this role you drive discovery and delivery for materials and inventory management within global supply chains. You will lead ERP integration (notably SAP MM/IM) to ensure clean data exchange and embed best-practice workflows in product design. Partner with engineering, design and legal to deliver compliant, high-quality software while prioritizing backlog based on impact and feasibility. Expect agile and lean practices to continuously improve the team and outcomes. This is a chance to shape end-to-end materials management in a scalable, cross-industry platform.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead product discovery and delivery for materials and inventory management solutions
- Drive integration with major ERP systems (SAP MM/IM) for data exchange
- Embed best-practice materials management workflows into product design, data structures and UX
- Collaborate with engineering, design and legal to ensure product quality and compliance
- Conduct market research and customer interviews across regions; prioritize backlog by impact and feasibility

Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 6 years of product management experience, ideally with supply chain systems
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Materials Management (SAP MM/IM); Oracle ERP experience a plus
- Ability to translate materials-management knowledge into digital processes (workflows, user journeys)
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies; experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, QA, UX)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to adapt to diverse cultural contexts
