We are looking for a

Tech Lead Identity & Risk (m / f / d)

unlimited, full-time) to join our team at our Berlin, Verl, and Tallinn locations to build the next generation of fintech.

Your key responsibilities will be :

• Owning the technical vision of the Identity and Risk platform and designing its evolution
• Leading design, development, deployment, and operations of the platform
• Collaborating with product leadership to align technical solutions with business requirements
• Providing technical leadership and mentorship to the software engineering teams
• Planning and tracking budgets, ensuring cost efficiency of platform development and operations
• Ensuring platform adhesion to best practices in security, scalability, and performance and fulfilling all compliance and regulatory requirements
• Staying on top of the latest industry trends and overseeing the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the platform\’s capabilities

What will help to succeed in the role :

• Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of identity verification and risk management technologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
