Your first priority is a major external cybersecurity audit in Q1 2027. You’ll lead the organisation through it as the main point of contact for the external auditors, so the internal team can keep delivering day to day. /ppbWhat you’ll be doing /b /pulliLeading the external audit: preparing evidence, managing auditor requests, and owning findings through to remediation. /liliManaging threats on an ongoing basis, including risk assessment and incident response. /liliRunning quarterly user access reviews, enforcing least privilege, and hardening systems across Linux, Windows Server, network and cloud environments. /liliTurning audit findings, vulnerability assessments and penetration test reports into practical remediation roadmaps. /liliMapping the real environment through hands-on discovery, rather than relying on old diagrams and documentation. /liliExplaining technical risk clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. /li /ulpbWhat you’ll bring /b /pulliDeep experience in cybersecurity within complex IT environments. /liliA hands-on background, ideally having moved from systems or network administration into security leadership and compliance. /liliDirect experience as the point of contact for external auditors. /liliSolid practical knowledge of modern IT, including cloud, firewalls, Linux and Windows. You don’t need to be a specialist in every technology, because the team has in-house experts. /liliThe confidence to challenge, raise risks and get things done in a lean team. /liliFluent French and professional English. German is a plus. /liliCISSP, CISM, CISA or CEH is desirable but not essential.
