As Head of Talent Acquisition you will be responsible for the entire attraction proposition, you will take the strategic reins in designing and delivering an ambitious, omni-channel recruitment strategy built to accommodate accelerated growth and considerable seasonal demand. You will craft and activate a compelling Employer Value Proposition, cementing the organisation's reputation as a destination employer within the industry, whilst forging meaningful relationships with leading universities and hospitality schools to secure a healthy and sustainable talent pipeline. At the helm of an in-house recruitment team, you will instil a culture of excellence and advocacy, championing innovative digital tools, including AI-driven solutions and automation, to sharpen the efficiency of the hiring process. Core metrics including cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, and early-tenure retention will sit firmly within your remit, as will senior and executive-level appointments where the role demands.
To be considered, you must have at least five years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, with a strong command of employer branding, attraction strategies, and high-volume hiring. A background in hospitality or a comparably dynamic, guest-facing environment is an advantage, though candidates arriving from other sectors who bring demonstrable best-practice credentials are viewed positively. Solid working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate relationship management platforms is a given. You will be a natural entrepreneur, tenacious in pursuit of results, and adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments, equally persuasive in the boardroom as you are hands-on in execution.
