Job Overview Reporting to the Regional Real Estate Delivery Lead, the Transaction Management Lead is accountable for executing end‑to‑end real estate transactions aligned to business strategy and portfolio optimization objectives.
The role partners closely with business leaders, Real Estate, Facilities Management (FM), EHSS, and Global Security to translate demand into actionable transaction strategies and deliver compliant, value‑driven real estate outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions.
Manage transactions through the full lifecycle, ensuring all deals are delivered on time, within financial targets, and aligned to business and portfolio strategy.
Lead negotiations with landlords, developers, and third‑party providers, structuring agreements that balance cost, flexibility, risk, and business requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and country‑specific considerations.
Translate portfolio strategy into executable transaction plans, partnering with Governance maintain accurate, audit‑ready lease and transaction documentation.
Identify and mitigate risks related to compliance, financial exposure, or execution timelines.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders—including RE Delivery, Governance additional European languages are a plus.
Travel Minimal; up to ~0–5% international travel within the region.
