Manager, Transaction Management – EMEA (Hybrid). Primary location: Leeds, UK. Alternate hybrid locations: Loughbeg, Ringaskiddy; Zuchwil, Switzerland. Job Overview
Reporting to the Regional Real Estate Delivery Lead, the Transaction Management Lead is accountable for executing end‑to‑end real estate transactions aligned to business strategy and portfolio optimization objectives. Key Responsibilities
Transaction Execution: Execute real estate transactions including leases, renewals, expansions, and dispositions; manage transactions through the full lifecycle; ensure timely, financially aligned deals. Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations; structure agreements; maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Portfolio & Strategy Alignment: Translate portfolio strategy into transaction plans; partner with governance; support site consolidations, expansions, relocations, and exits. Governance, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with global governance; maintain audit‑ready documentation; identify and manage risks related to compliance, financial exposure, or execution timelines. Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Partnership: Partner with RE Delivery, Governance & Strategy, Property Services / Space Planning, Finance, Legal, Procurement, EHSS; provide decision support and trade‑off recommendations. Supplier & Broker Management: Manage external brokers and service providers; drive accountability, performance, and consistency across transactions. Integration with Project & Operations Delivery: Coordinate handoff from transaction execution to project delivery and site operations; ensure alignment with FM and workplace standards. Core Capabilities: Lead end‑to‑end transaction management across the region; improve processes; partner with Shared Services; serve as finance partner; drive standardization, automation, and efficiency; ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements; coach team; monitor KPIs; support audits. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 6–8+ years of commercial real estate/transaction management experience; experience in lease negotiations, portfolio transactions, multi‑site environments; experience across regions with country‑specific considerations. Required Skills
Strong negotiation and financial acumen. Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in complex environments. Strong understanding of real estate markets, lease structures, and regulatory considerations. Ability to translate business needs into real estate solutions. Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus). Other Requirements
