The position is posted under several requisition numbers; applications are treated as a single submission. /ph3Job Details /h3pJob Function: Project/Program Management GroupbrJob Sub‑Function: Project/Program ManagementbrJob Category: Professional /ppLocations: Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Raritan, NJ; Zuchwil, Switzerland; Loughbeg Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and steward the end‑to‑end OtC process design, governance, and performance framework across global and regional operations. /liliDefine and maintain global process standards, policies, controls, and decision rights to improve consistency, compliance, and scalability. /liliPartner across Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital/IT teams to improve process handoffs, resolve cross‑functional pain points, and strengthen end‑to‑end accountability. /liliLead process harmonization efforts across core OtC sub‑processes, including customer master data, order entry, billing, deductions and disputes, collections, cash application, and reporting. /liliIdentify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and sources of revenue leakage, and lead initiatives to improve cycle‑time, data quality, working‑capital outcomes, and customer experience. /liliEstablish and monitor process KPIs, control metrics, and service performance measures, using insights to drive prioritization and continuous improvement. /liliPartner with system and data teams to define business requirements, support digital enablement, and ensure technology solutions align with process design and governance objectives. /liliLead root‑cause analysis and resolution of systemic process issues, ensuring sustainable corrective and preventive actions. /liliSupport audit readiness, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements relevant to the OtC process. /liliFacilitate governance forums and stakeholder reviews to align on priorities, risks, roadmap decisions, and performance improvement opportunities. /liliDrive change management and adoption activities to embed standardized ways of working and improve process discipline across the organization. /liliProvide leadership, coaching, and development for team members and matrixed resources supporting OtC process excellence activities. /liliEnsure adherence to DePuy Synthes values, internal controls, and applicable global regulations impacting supply chain systems. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pbEducation Required: /b Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field. bPreferred: /b Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent). /ppbExperience and Skills Required: /b 8–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, digital systems, or governance roles with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
