Finance Analyst – Innovation Medicine Finance & Transformation (IMFT). Fixed‑term, 12 months, 40 % workload, located in Zug, Switzerland. Job Overview
IMFT is the transformation program within Innovative Medicines Finance, dedicated to enabling Finance and its business partners to deliver superior value and sustainable competitive advantage for the organization, partners, and patients. Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting processes. Prepare financial analyses, management reports, and business performance reviews. Monitor actual results against forecasts and budgets, identify risks and opportunities. Assist with financial planning activities, including forecasting and budget preparation. Partner with stakeholders across Finance and other business functions to support decision‑making. Consolidate and analyze financial data to provide meaningful business insights. Support compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements. Help drive continuous improvement initiatives, process simplification, and system enhancements. Contribute to special projects and strategic business initiatives as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to interpret financial data and communicate findings effectively. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within established deadlines. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced, frequently changing environment. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management, including ability to influence and challenge. Passion for driving change and ability to inspire business adoption of new processes and technology. Preferred Skills
