This hybrid position will be located in Titusville, New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Horsham, Pennsylvania (USA); Cork, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; or Zug, Switzerland.As a leader within the Value Chain Excellence (VCEx) organization of Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC), this position is responsible for leading the strategy, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of digital capabilities that support end-to-end (e2e) supply chain, design, performance management, and decision-making. The role partners across business, technology, and analytics organizations to deliver scalable solutions that improve visibility, strengthen decision-making, and enable measurable business value across the value chain. This individual will drive the evolution and adoption of Digital Twins, simulation and modeling solutions, decision-support tools, and sophisticated analytics while ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term capability roadmaps.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Digital Value Chain Strategy and Product DeliveryDevelop and implement the roadmap for developing capabilities, ensuring digital investments are aligned, and deliver measurable value.Define product vision, prioritizing requirements, handling product backlogs, and coordinating delivery through adoption and value realization.Establish performance metrics and governance processes to monitor outcomes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure sustainable business impact.Advance Supply Chain Modeling and Decision IntelligenceLead the development and deployment of Digital Twin, simulation, and scenario modeling capabilities that support supply chain design, network optimization, lifecycle management and strategic planning decisions.Integrate analytical and decision-support capabilities into core Value Chain Management processes, enabling data-driven evaluation of supply chain scenarios, risks, opportunities, and performance trade-offs.Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration and Business AdoptionPartner closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Deliver, Quality, Finance, Digital Technology, and Data Science organizations to find opportunities, define requirements, and implement solutions that address critical business needs.Build strong customer relationships, drive alignment across a complex environment, and lead change management activities that accelerate user adoption and capability maturity.Build Scalable Capabilities and Ways of WorkingLead cross-functional teams and external partners in the delivery of digital solutions while establishing effective governance, support models, and operating processes.Promote Agile product management practices, strengthen organizational capabilities and develop a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning to ensure long-term success.QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:Minimum of a Bachelor’s/University or equivalent degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business, or a related subject area.An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:Required: Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experienceExperience across supply chain, operations, digital, analytics, or related business functionsDemonstrated experience leading digital products, business transformation initiatives or enterprise capabilities in a complex matrixed environmentStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, distribution and network designProven ability to translate business challenges into scalable digital solutions and drive adoption across customer groupsExperience leading cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making across multiple organizational levelsStrong analytical problem-solving communication and customer management capabilitiesPreferred: Experience with supply chain simulation, optimization, Digital Twin technologies or advanced analyticsPreferred: Experience implementing digital products, planning systems, analytics platforms or decision-support solutionsPreferred: Knowledge of data management, automation, artificial intelligence, emerging digital technologiesPreferred: Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industriesPreferred: Consulting, strategy or transformation experience supporting large-scale organizational changePreferred: Experience with Agile methodologies and product management practices and value realization frameworksOTHER:Requires proficiency in English (excellent written and verbal communication skills) to communicate effectively and professionallyMay require up to 15% domestic and/or international travelRequires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days per week with option for two remote workdays each week#LI-Hybrid Required Skills:Agile Decision MakingAgility JumpsAnalytics InsightsBusiness AlignmentContinuous ImprovementCross-Functional CollaborationLeadershipOrganizational Project ManagementOrganizingProgram ManagementProject Management Methodology (PMM)Project Management Office (PMO)Project Management ToolsProject ReportingStatement of Work (SOW)Technical CredibilityAt Johnson Johnson,we believe health is everything.
