DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Switzerland CommEx Specialist in Zug, Switzerland. This seasoned individual contributor works independently with minimal supervision, ensuring sales enablement and effectiveness by coordinating the integration of industry‑leading sales management systems and defining sales enablement tools that provide valuable customer insights and equip the Sales Effectiveness area with product and procedural knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate strategic sales force effectiveness plans derived from sales performance goals and business sales channels to increase product adoption rates and accelerate sales growth of key strategic accounts.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and learning techniques to contribute to sales productivity tools and enablement resource design supporting the achievement of goals.
  • Provide local business intelligence insights to local leadership, including external competitive and market landscape data combined with internal sales force effectiveness analytics to identify sales growth opportunities.
  • Administer sales team incentive scheme payout calculations aligned to leadership frameworks while ensuring documentation, local labor law compliance, and control alignment.
  • Analyze and evaluate emerging sales systems and models through complex forecasts, risk assessments, and business impact analyses to inform model adaptation.
  • Facilitate sales performance initiatives by defining scope, allocating resources, and ensuring alignment of reporting, training, and incentive programs with departmental and organizational priorities.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales processes, training programs, and strategic initiatives, benchmarking against industry‑leading standards and competitors.
  • Collaborate with senior sales leaders and stakeholders to define optimal performance measurements and systems for improving competitive positioning.
  • Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
  • Understand and apply Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions.

  • Travel: 10% required.
