Lead Game Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead game design with a focus on F2P strategies, including economy balancing and ad monetization.
2. Mentor and expand Game Design and UI/UX teams, aligning with the company’s broader goals.
3. Oversee game design from concept to live implementation, creating templates and documentation for smooth cross-department communication.
4. Collaborate with Product Management to refine workflows and enhance design practices.
5. Work closely with Product and Growth teams to optimize ad placements and monetization.
6. Utilize data-driven insights to innovate and maximize player engagement.
7. Recruit and evaluate new design talent to build a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 5+ years in game design, including 2+ years in leadership roles.
2. Strong expertise in game mechanics, F2P strategies, and ad monetization.
3. Proficient in Unity and familiar with collaborative tools like Miro.
4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
5. Ability to adapt to evolving technology and player trends.
