Your Responsibilities:
Own the complete lifecycle of selected medical device products, from strategy and market analysis to launch and lifecycle management. Drive new product launches in collaboration with R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. Build strong relationships with international Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors, and healthcare professionals. Support clinical studies together with our Clinical Affairs team. Organize product trainings, workshops, and customer education programs. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify future opportunities. Represent A.M.I. at international congresses, workshops, and customer events. What you'll bring:
A master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Product Management, preferably within medical devices or another technical industry. Strong commercial understanding combined with technical curiosity. Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally.
