Sales Representative – Germany (Smart Motors & Shading Systems)

About A-OK
Guangdong A-OK has designed and manufactured intelligent tubular motors and controllers for shading systems for over 28 years, with products sold in more than 180 countries. We are now investing in direct market development in Germany and are looking for a local Sales Representative to expand our presence in the market.
You will be based in Germany — no relocation required. Our headquarters will support you with products, technical solutions and supply chain capabilities, while you take ownership of local customer relationships and business development.
The Role
- Build and manage a dealer and distributor network across Germany.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently, from initial contact to confirmed orders.
- Visit customers, distributors and project sites regularly throughout Germany.
- Represent A-OK at relevant trade shows and industry events.
- Report monthly on sales pipeline, market developments and performance against agreed annual targets.
Who We're Looking For
- Based in Germany, with the flexibility to travel regularly for business.
- Existing dealer or distributor relationships in the shading, building materials or motor industries are highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development or key account management for industrial products.
- Fluent German and good working proficiency in English.
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable developing a customer network independently.
Terms
- Full-time employment or part-time / independent sales agent arrangement — we are open to both.
- Competitive fixed base salary plus uncapped tiered commission on sales, with additional performance bonuses.
- Business travel, exhibition and related expenses reimbursed.
- Compensation package and contract terms discussed individually based on experience and cooperation model.
