- Filling in whilst the restaurant manager is on time off.
- Bring the team together and ensure a positive atmosphere and team spirit, even during challenging times.
- Put your heart and soul into providing excellent guest service and an exceptional guest experience.
- Coordinate service procedures and keep a cool head when all the guests arrive at once.
- Lend a hand at events and be flexible in stepping in wherever help is needed.
- Lead a team independently and help staff develop their skills through service training.
- Always keep a tight rein on the budget and guest bills.
- Actively contribute ideas on how our service standards and procedures can be improved even further.
What sets you apart
- Experience in upmarket service or in a comparable role within the hotel or catering industry
- Initial management experience or the desire to grow into a managerial role
- A hospitable attitude, team spirit and a passion for excellent service
- Organisational skills and a structured, independent approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure, a confident manner and strong communication skills
- Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
