At A-ROSA, you will combine strategic sourcing with operational procurement for our river cruise fleet. Your goal: competitive purchasing conditions, reliable supply chains, and strong, long-term supplier partnerships. /pulliStrategically develop and optimize maritime procurement in close collaboration with the Nautical, Technical, and Finance departments. /liliAnalyze purchasing volumes and supplier structures, identifying and implementing cost‑saving opportunities through demand consolidation, standardization, and framework agreements. /liliSelect, evaluate, and develop suppliers while expanding alternative sourcing options. /liliManage tender processes, compare quotations, and negotiate prices and contracts, considering quality, availability, and total cost of ownership. /liliCoordinate and oversee key operational procurement activities for our fleet, including technical equipment, spare parts, and services. /liliImprove procurement processes and ensure transparency regarding costs, contracts, and achieved savings. /liliDepending on your experience, take responsibility for selected strategic procurement activities related to hotel operations on board. /li /ulh3Your Benefits /h3ulliAn interesting and varied role. /liliA diverse range of activities, both in the office and on location. /liliA permanent employment contract. /liliShort decision‑making processes, flat hierarchies and the freedom to work independently. /liliOpportunities to work from home by agreement with your manager. /liliA friendly working environment within a highly motivated and experienced team. /liliResponsibility from day one. /liliAttractive Family Friends discounts. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliCompleted vocational training or a degree in a commercial or technical field, or an equivalent qualification. /liliSeveral years of procurement experience in the maritime industry, ideally within inland navigation or the cruise sector. /liliStrong knowledge of the maritime market and industry, supported by an established network of maritime suppliers and service providers. /liliProven experience in both strategic sourcing and operational procurement, including successful negotiations and cost optimization. /liliSolid technical understanding, strong analytical skills, and an independent, hands‑on, results‑oriented approach. /liliExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and onboard management. /liliProficiency in Excel and procurement systems, very good German and good English language skills, as well as willingness to travel occasionally. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
