We approach our work bWITH IDEAS /b, as all of us have creative contributions that drive us forward. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pWe are looking for a Technical Purchaser to join our office in Chur, Switzerland, as soon as possible. /p ul liManage day-to-day procurement for our cruise operations. /li liPurchase materials and services for the nautical and technical operations of all vessels. /li liSupport internal procurement controlling, maintain master data and contribute to projects. /li liVerify incoming invoices, check their accuracy and assign them to the appropriate accounts. /li liHandle payment reminders and provide cover for colleagues during annual leave. /li liMaintain and update vessel documentation in the fleet management system. /li liMonitor vessel certificate expiry dates and support the technical department in recording technical and nautical data, such as operating hours and fuel consumption. /li liAssist with scheduling technical personnel on board. /li liSupport the further development of the Planned Maintenance System (PMS) and the continued implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the fleet. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liBe willing to travel for business. /li liWork closely with the nautical and technical departments, participate in team meetings and act responsibly in line with the company’s objectives and values. /li /ul h3Your Benefits /h3 ul liAn interesting and varied role. /li liA diverse range of activities, both in the office and on location. /li liA permanent employment contract. /li liShort decision-making processes, flat hierarchies and the freedom to work independently. /li liOpportunities to work from home by agreement with your manager. /li liA friendly working environment within a highly motivated and experienced team. /li liResponsibility from day one. /li liAttractive Family Friends discounts. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liCompleted commercial or technical vocational training, ideally with a focus on procurement or supply chain management. /li liProfessional experience in operational procurement, preferably in the maritime industry. /li liStrong communication skills in German and English; French language skills would be an advantage. /li liGood IT skills, particularly in MS Office. /li liA meticulous and structured approach to work, combined with a strong sense of responsibility. /li liA collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with different departments. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
