This is where you can shine

• Overall responsibility for all operational areas, with a focus on F&B and conferences, in close collaboration with the relevant managers
• Ensuring outstanding guest experiences throughout the entire guest journey, whilst adhering to A-ROSA’s service, quality and brand standards
• Operational, financial and personnel management of the departments, as well as the continuous optimisation of processes, procedures and standards
• Analysing relevant KPIs, quality metrics and guest feedback to identify appropriate measures for improving performance
• Responsibility for the financial performance of the operational areas through KPI management, budget control and targeted optimisation measures
• Leading, motivating and developing the operational team, as well as working closely with HR in the areas of recruitment, workforce planning and talent development

What sets you apart

• A completed hotel management qualification or equivalent, as well as several years’ relevant management experience in the upmarket hotel sector
• A proven track record of success in managing operational hotel departments, ideally with responsibility for Rooms Division, F&B and events services
• A hospitable personality with a passion for excellent service and exceptional guest experiences
• An authentic leadership style focused on motivating and developing teams to achieve success together
• Analytical thinking and a confident approach to key performance indicators, budgets and financial contexts
• A high degree of initiative, decisiveness and a solution-oriented approach, even in challenging situations
