This is where you can shine

• You will be responsible for providing professional guidance and supervision to staff and trainees.
• You will play an active part in the restaurant’s service operations as a host.
• You will assist the evening service manager in carrying out the monthly stock-take.
• You will work with the evening service management team to implement trends and F&B promotions.
• You will act as a host, advising our guests on the resort’s offerings and products and actively promoting them.
• You will share responsibility for achieving the budgeted turnover targets.
• You carry out administrative tasks.
• You monitor and ensure compliance with service standards.
• You will stand in for the evening service manager in their absence.

• A completed apprenticeship as a hotel or restaurant manager and relevant professional experience in the hospitality industry
• Ideally, you will have sommelier qualifications and be qualified to act as a trainer
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests, colleagues and staff
• A high level of professional expertise that you can pass on to your colleagues
• A goal-oriented and responsible approach to work
• Organisational skills and a strong commitment to quality
• A genuine focus on guests and service
• A high degree of initiative and a talent for sales
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of English
