We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer (all genders) for our team!

Your tasks:
- You will support an assigned clientele with regard to customer-related quality issues.
- You will process customer complaints together with the responsible departments in Europe and China.
- You regularly take part in meetings with customers and internal departments.
- You maintain customer portals for the defined quality topics.
- You ensure that customer-related requirements are up to date and check the requirements for changes.
- You ensure on-site activities with our customers.
Your profile:
- You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, a comparable degree, or completed training, preferably in the automotive or electrical engineering/photovoltaics sector.
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and/or as a customer project manager (preferably with an assigned customer base).
- You are confident in using MS Office programmes and are familiar with B2B customer portals.
- You are able to communicate confidently in an international environment thanks to your good command of English and strong communication skills.
- You are characterised by an independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility.
- The position requires a willingness to travel internationally.
