We are looking for Customer Quality Engineer (all genders) for our team!

Your Responsibilities:

  1. You will support an assigned clientele with regard to customer-related quality issues.
  2. You will process customer complaints together with the responsible departments in Europe and China.
  3. You regularly take part in meetings with customers and internal departments.
  4. You maintain customer portals for the defined quality topics.
  5. You ensure that customer-related requirements are up to date and check the requirements for changes.
  6. You ensure on-site activities with our customers.

Your Profile:

  1. You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, a comparable degree or completed training, preferably in the automotive or electrical engineering/photovoltaics sector.
  2. You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position and/or as a customer project manager (preferably with an assigned customer base).
  3. You are confident in using MS Office programmes and are familiar with B2B customer portals.
  4. You are able to communicate confidently in an international environment thanks to your good command of English and strong communication skills.
  5. You are characterised by an independent way of working and a high degree of flexibility.
  6. The position requires a willingness to travel internationally.
