Your Tasks:
- Harmonization, standardization and digitalization of existing processes
- Entering, updating and maintaining data in SAP systems
- Customizing processes in our HCM tool Workday
- Supporting the optimization of processes in the area of data entry
- Ensuring data quality and carrying out plausibility checks
- Collaborating with various specialist departments to coordinate data requirements and processing
- Support with administrative tasks
Your Profile:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g. economics, computer science, business administration or similar)
- Initial experience with SAP an advantage, but not a must
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Affinity for processes and technology
- Careful and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and initiative
- Good knowledge of German and English
