Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end delivery of customer projects for Aareon’s SaaS solutions in real estate. You collaborate with customers and internal teams to plan, implement, and continuously optimize technology-led processes. Your work enables better decision-making, data analysis, and performance tracking through Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo. You will build lasting customer partnerships and help scale digital transformations in the real estate sector.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own end-to-end project management from requirements to go-live and post-implementation support
- Lead project meetings and governance forums with customers to ensure realistic schedules and aligned goals
- Assess customer needs and advise on digital transformation using SaaS solutions
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify optimization opportunities and appropriate SaaS offerings
- Lead implementation and integration of Wodis Yuneo
- Plan and deliver training and onboarding to ensure effective use of Wodis Sigma and Wodis Yuneo
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and provide ongoing consulting to maximize product benefits
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Preferably experience as a consultant with expertise in SaaS products
- Solid knowledge of real estate management processes (e.g., property management, financial accounting, rent accounting, operating costs, heating costs)
- Familiarity with SaaS products in real estate (property management software, CRM systems, financial tools, analytics platforms)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering effective solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Project management experience including prioritization, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring
- Experience with Wodis Sigma or Wodis Yuneo is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills
