Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the strategic expansion and further development of SAP-related business within the assigned customer portfolio
Identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing customer relationships in the SAP environment
Development and execution of customer-specific account and sales strategies with a focus on SAP solutions
Management of complex sales processes, from needs analysis through to contract closure
Conducting negotiations with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
Serving as a trusted advisor to customers on all sales-related topics concerning SAP solutions
Close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Consulting, Product Management, and Marketing to develop tailored customer solutions
Active monitoring of market and competitive developments in the SAP ecosystem and identification of growth opportunities
Supporting the further development of our SAP portfolio from a sales perspective
Your Profile:
Several years of experience in selling complex IT or software solutions, ideally within the SAP environment
Proven track record in expanding existing customer relationships and developing strategic accounts
Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging with diverse stakeholder groups
Knowledge of the housing industry is desirable
Confident presence and communication skills when interacting with decision-makers and C-level executives
Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into sustainable solution concepts
Experience in selling SAP solutions or SAP-related services is an advantage
High degree of personal responsibility, structured working style, and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies is an advantage
Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
