Are you communicative, curious, and eager to gain your first insights into Sales Development? Join our team and support us as a Working Student (m/f/d) in the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR)! Together, we identify and qualify new customer contacts — and you’ll have the opportunity to actively shape our sales processes.
Your Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Qualification: You support the handling of incoming inquiries, analyze customer needs, and schedule initial calls with potential clients
Support in Outbound Processes: You research target accounts and key decision-makers and assist in targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone
Structuring & Maintaining Sales Information: You prepare information (e.g., FAQs, product materials) in a structured way and maintain content in our internal systems
Support for Webinars & Events: You help organize, communicate, and follow up on digital events and webinars
CRM & Documentation Management: You assist in maintaining our CRM database (e.g., Salesforce), create reports, and support the handover of leads to the sales team
Your Profile
Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a comparable field
You enjoy communication, understand customer needs, and present yourself professionally
A structured, detail-oriented working style with a high level of reliability
Interest in sales topics; initial experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing is a plus
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Confident use of MS Office; ideally first experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
