We are looking for an experienced CRM & KYC Business Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management, Client Onboarding, and KYC processes to join a leading private banking client in Geneva.
This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner role where you will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and development teams to deliver CRM and client onboarding solutions while supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Languages: Fluent French and English.
Currently residing in Switzerland or willing to relocate immediately.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.
Prepare functional specifications and user stories.
Support CRM implementation and integration initiatives.
Analyse and improve Wealth Management client onboarding processes.
Work closely with Compliance and Operations teams on KYC-related requirements.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), FAT, and integration testing.
Investigate production issues using SQL and provide Level 3 production support.
Support legacy application replacement through API-based solutions.
Work within Agile Scrum delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking domain.
Recent experience in Wealth Management.
Strong knowledge of Client Onboarding, KYC, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with CRM implementation and integration.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, Postman, and Swagger.
Product Owner responsibilities or experience working closely with Product Owners.
Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Core Banking systems.
