ppSeniority Level: As a bGlobal Procurement Sourcing Manager – Industrial Lifecycle /b, you will drive AB InBev’s long-term global sourcing strategy across MRO and Lifecycle Management categories, including industrial maintenance spare parts and services, repairs and overhauls, and spare parts inventory management. Working closely with technical, maintenance, and procurement stakeholders, you will identify strategic sourcing opportunities, optimize supplier partnerships, reduce costs and working capital, and deliver sustainable value across our global operations. You will also play a key role in advancing spare parts data management, analytics, and inventory optimization initiatives that support operational excellence across our breweries and facilities. /p h3Purpose /h3 h3The Role /h3 h3Strategic Sourcing Category Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO and Lifecycle Management categories, aligned with business priorities and AB InBev objectives. /li liPartner with business leaders to identify and segment spend opportunities, delivering cost savings, spend avoidance, and working capital improvements. /li liLead RFQ processes, evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure successful implementation of sourcing initiatives. /li liManage and negotiate framework agreements with key suppliers, including pricing, rebates, payment terms, and supplier performance expectations. /li liBenchmark pricing and commercial practices across OEMs, OMMs, AMMs, distributors, and service providers. /li liLeverage Global Procurement and Zone Procurement capabilities to maximize value creation across the category portfolio. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Supplier Management /h3 ul liCollaborate with Global Technical teams, ZBS Maintenance, and Zone Procurement leaders to define maintenance strategies and supplier selection approaches. /li liEstablish and monitor category objectives aligned with overall AB InBev performance targets. /li liLead supplier business reviews and foster strong partnerships that drive innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement. /li liManage communication and information flows across global procurement and maintenance networks. /li /ul h3Sourcing Project Delivery /h3 ul liEnsure timely delivery of high-quality sourcing projects across global and regional categories. /li liMonitor project performance and provide guidance to stakeholders throughout project execution. /li liAct as an escalation point for sourcing and project-related challenges. /li liContinuously improve sourcing methodologies, tools, and processes by leveraging procurement and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Supply Market Intelligence /h3 ul liProvide insights on market dynamics, supplier capabilities, cost drivers, pricing trends, and emerging technologies. /li liDevelop and implement market intelligence tools, reporting methodologies, and analytical frameworks. /li liSupport sourcing strategies, supplier reviews, and business decision-making through data-driven recommendations. /li liEvaluate supplier capabilities and identify opportunities in new technologies, markets, and supplier networks. /li liAdvise stakeholders on category trends, sourcing opportunities, and industry best practices. /li /ul h3Knowledge Capability Development /h3 ul liDesign and maintain strategic category plans for product lines and sourcing categories. /li liCapture and document sourcing best practices, methodologies, and category knowledge. /li liBuild expertise in complex and emerging categories to support business growth and operational requirements. /li /ul h3Spare Parts Inventory Optimization /h3 ul liLead initiatives to improve spare parts management processes across global operations. /li liDevelop global spare parts inventory and procurement analytics capabilities. /li liDrive the global spare parts working capital governance and improvement agenda. /li liSupport implementation of digital inventory and analytics solutions, including Verusen, Total Asset Management (TAM), and related platforms. /li liImprove data quality and coverage across SAP master data, TAM databases, and global data repositories. /li liPartner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Tech Supply teams to pilot innovative inventory management and cost optimization solutions. /li liSupport the expansion and effectiveness of Zone Engineering Centers and Reliability Centers through improved sourcing and spare parts strategies. /li liDefine and implement spare parts approaches for capital projects in collaboration with Global Engineering Maintenance SMEs. /li liConduct site visits and facilitate continuous improvement activities related to spare parts inventory and procurement processes. /li /ul h3Build your career with us /h3 pWe hire for mindset, ambition, and cultural fit. /p h3A unique culture /h3 pWe are proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves, driven by a legacy built over generations.
