As a Customer Service representative in the Finance field, you occupy a varied role at the crossroads of human interaction, business expertise, and technology.
You advise and support our clients and partners in the daily use of our financial software.

Abacus / Customer Service - Finance % (all genders)What you will do with us- Within the level 2 support team, you assist our clients and partners in resolving complex questions related to our financial software.- You handle demanding requests in depth.
You analyze problems, identify links between different elements, and develop concrete solutions adapted to the client's needs.- You lead training sessions for people using Abacus and help our clients and partners develop their skills to fully exploit the potential of the software.- You document solutions and advice regarding our software to ensure the transfer of know-how to different user groups.
Your profile- Your completed initial or continuing education in the commercial field is the foundation of your skills.- You express yourself with ease, both orally and in writing, in French and German, and know how to explain complex subjects clearly.- Curious by nature, you do not hesitate to step out of your comfort zone, ask questions, and learn on a daily basis.- You appreciate contact with different interlocutors and favor a solution-oriented approach.- You demonstrate an analytical mind and are interested in IT.- Ideally, you already possess experience in supporting software solutions as well as good accounting knowledge.
