As a Saviynt Administrator, you will play a crucial role in integrating our client’s solutions, ensuring security and efficiency in their identity management processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical consultation: Collaborate with technical architects on configuration and architectural challenges related to case management and document management.
- Best practices guidance: Advise both technical and business architects on entitlements management best practices.
- Support coordination: Create and manage Saviynt support tickets on behalf of the client.
- IGA model implementation: Assist the client in designing, implementing, and documenting the IGA model for external users.
- JML process management: Facilitate the design, technical implementation, integration, and documentation of Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the client’s Information Management (IM) team to design technical solutions that meet business requirements.
Who are we looking for?
General characteristics:
- EU citizenship preferred (work permit for Germany/EU required)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level); additional EU languages are a plus
- Ideally residing in Germany, particularly in Köln/Bonn or the Rhein-Main region for easy client travel
- Flexible work ethic and ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
- Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (3 years of higher education)
Professional experience:
- Recent experience (within the last 6 years) in Identity Governance and Administration Systems is essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical administration of Identity Governance and Access Management Systems is desirable
- Relevant certifications are a plus
Technical skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Saviynt technology
- Basic reporting skills and proficiency in SQL
- Strong ability to gather and analyze business requirements
- Skill in transforming business rules into Saviynt artifacts
