AISG-0397 Business Process Manager – Process Analyst
Project Context:
The project focuses on professionalizing, harmonizing, and digitalizing core processes within Corporate Service Management for the corporate segment. Key areas include Transparency & Compliance Management, DevOps processes, Performance Management, and Data & Security processes.
The objective is to establish clear structures, standardized methods, reliable KPIs, and efficient, digitally supported workflows. Current processes are heterogeneous, partly manual, and not fully documented or scalable, leading to inefficiencies and limited transparency.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Process Manager – Process Analyst to support the development of structures, methods, and process models within Corporate Service Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and document concepts for enhancing Performance Management frameworks across product and service teams.
- Design measures to strengthen data-driven decision-making within continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze existing DevOps and IT Service Management processes; propose centralization, harmonization, and digitalization strategies.
- Conduct end-to-end process analyses to identify synergies, redundancies, and automation potential.
- Design performance dashboards to visualize progress and results.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for governance topics and decision-making between business, IT, and transformation units.
- Develop communication and adoption strategies for sustainable implementation of new processes and tools across all areas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Business Process Management, process digitalization, or IT-related transformation projects.
- Strong background in analyzing and structuring DevOps and IT Service Management processes.
- Proficiency with tools and methods for process analysis, modeling, and documentation.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable decision frameworks.
- Excellent conceptual and analytical skills with high methodological competence.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in international organizational structures, ideally in energy, technology, or service industries.
