Identity Management Consultant

At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are looking for a highly qualified Senior Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist. This role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in IAM solutions and IT security, who is eager to contribute to the optimization and development of our IAM systems.

Main Responsibilities:

1. IAM Solution Management: Operate, optimize, and further develop our IAM solution, which includes Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, Okta, and Microsoft Entra ID, as part of a collaborative IAM team with diverse expertise.
2. Project Collaboration: Participate in projects to integrate new services into the IAM systems to ensure seamless connectivity and security.
3. Authorization Concepts: Advise business and project teams on the development of authorization concepts for applications to ensure compliance and security.
4. System Administration: Manage and support Active Directory and related programs, maintaining system integrity and performance.
5. System Changes: Implement and document system changes, ensuring accurate records and compliance with standards.
6. Technical Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for employees to efficiently resolve complex issues.
7. Audit Response: Respond to audit requests, providing detailed and accurate information.
8. External Coordination: Coordinate and manage external IT service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience with IAM and IT security solutions.
2. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft Identity Manager, Cloud Identity Providers (e.g., Okta), Microsoft Entra ID, Privileged Access Management.
3. Experience with PowerShell is an advantage.
4. Completed engineering degree, degree in (technical) computer science, or equivalent education.
5. Experience with cloud-based services and technologies from AWS and Azure is an advantage.
6. Knowledge of IT security standards and IT processes.
7. Very good German and English skills.
