Looking for a taste of working life in an international, future-focused corporate group? Then join us as an intern (m/f/d) and familiarise yourself with a suitable department for 3 to 6 months. You will be involved in large-scale projects and perform a defined set of duties independently. Use your internship to build a network and become familiar with our company.
Your responsibilities

• You will be supporting the definition and implementation of new business models with local organizations, in line with global business strategies. You will be ensuring comprehensive understanding of local market and competitive environment. You will also be supporting in identification and realization of business opportunities in line with global strategies.
• Taking a comprehensive view on innovative business models and underlying customer needs to develop new approaches that are enabled by technological innovation.
• Developing good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments, and ABB position.
• Working in identification and prioritization of new business opportunities.
• Identifying and promoting local business-led collaboration opportunities and supporting realization of prioritized opportunities.
• Thinking out of the box to realize visions in a pragmatic way.
• Getting things done while participating or leading in Smart lab projects.
  Your background
• You are studying business administration, industrial engineering or a similar course of study
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Office
• You have experience with agile methodology/agile projects
• You have first experience in developing ways to grow business and sales sustainably
• You are fluent in German and English
• You have an open-minded attitude that helps to define our way of working, structures, and processes in order to achieve agility and speed.
