Position Overview
This role reports to the Team Leader Talent Partner and is based in Austria. Responsibilities
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned positions, from briefing and sourcing to offer management and candidate communication. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across ABB, acting as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner. Contribute to Employer Branding activities by supporting onsite events, job fairs, university collaborations, and selected early‑talent or summer‑intern initiatives. Support employee lifecycle administration tasks such as onboarding coordination, documentation, master data support, and collaboration with payroll interfaces. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a comparable HR‑focused role. Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Clear sense of ownership, self‑leadership, and accountability in day‑to‑day work. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a structured approach in a complex stakeholder environment. Structured and solution‑oriented working style with the ability to operate in a remote leadership setup. Collaborative mindset with effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
