Responsible for the entire value chain in medium voltage switchgear solutions, from technical project planning and quotation preparation through customer negotiations to successful project execution. Combine technical expertise with commercial acumen and serve as a strategic contact for customers in demanding energy distribution projects. Sales and quotation preparation for medium voltage switchgear solutions, and technical project planning and cost estimation for complex energy distribution projects at utilities and infrastructure facilities. Negotiate with customers regarding project awards, contract conclusions, and manage changes and claims during project execution. Overall responsibility for project management from quotation preparation through customer acceptance, including schedule planning, resource allocation, cost control, and customer communication. Collaborate with internal specialist teams (Engineering, Production, Logistics, Supply Chain) to ensure technical feasibility and timely implementation. What it takes to Run what runs the world
Completed qualification in electrical engineering at college or university level (HTL, FH, TU) or equivalent practical experience in electrical engineering and energy technology. Several years of proven experience in the sales and project planning of medium voltage switchgear with sound understanding of technical specifications and standards. Comprehensive knowledge of project management for high‑voltage and medium‑voltage projects with familiarity with project management methods and processes. Confident proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally practical experience with SAP or comparable ERP systems. Fluent German language skills (min. C1) and confident English language skills (min. B2) in both spoken and written form for international customer relations. Strong negotiation and communication skills with proven customer focus, presentation competence, and expertise in stakeholder management. Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, reliability, organizational talent, and proven willingness to undertake regular business travel.
