This position reports to: Principal Technical Consultant

Your role and responsibilities

Preferred localities are: Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, France. We are seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Specialist to drive digital initiatives within the Process Industries sector. This role involves leveraging advanced technology and innovative business models to optimize Asset Performance Management (APM) and other digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bring industry expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Identifying market opportunities and customer needs. Developing and refining technology partnerships and business strategies to unlock digital value.
2. Designing and implementing innovative business models for digital solutions in APM, including AI/ML, Condition Monitoring, and Predictive Maintenance across various Process Industries.
3. Serving as a technical expert for APM, IoT (Internet of Things), and Industrial Edge platforms. Ensuring digital solutions meet customer requirements through industry best practices and technical knowledge.
4. Mentoring sales and project teams, influencing senior customer leadership, and driving business development by pursuing new opportunities and expanding customer engagements.

Qualifications for the role

• Imagine yourself as a key player in driving digital transformation for global organizations, especially in the OT/software industry. With over 5 years of experience, you have a deep understanding of digitalization and Industrial Software, staying ahead of relevant technologies and trends.
• Your consultative selling skills are top-notch, with a strong customer focus. You’ve worked closely with top management, building pipelines and achieving sales success in both direct and matrix environments. Your expertise in cloud and edge technologies, digital twins, analytics, AI, and machine learning makes you a valuable asset, particularly in Asset Performance Management solutions.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of Asset Performance Management, including condition monitoring, asset reliability, predictive analytics, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Your fluency in English, both written and spoken, is impressive, and an additional European language would be a great plus.
• You’re ready to travel regionally up to 25-30%, bringing your skills and knowledge wherever they’re needed. With a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, you’re well-prepared to take on this role and make a significant impact.
