Each day, you will assemble and analyse all data pertinent to creating constrained material and production plan (for Engineered-To-Order businesses), use rough-cut and detailed capacity planning, and link it to the demand plan. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing working capital. /p pThe work model for the role is:hybrid /p pThis role is contributing to the Swiss operations of the business line Medium Voltage Drives within the Division of Motion Service. Main stakeholders arethe service operations, local supply chain planning and factory planning, operations network within the business line, local project managers as well sales functions. /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liDrive the operational Sales Operations Planning (SOP) process, including forecasting and monthly review cycles. /li liEnsure effective capacity and production planning by identifying bottlenecks and implementing short- and long-term improvement measures. /li liAnalyze inventory performance and recommend actions to optimize stock levels and supply chain efficiency. /li liContribute to annual planning, budgeting, and the deployment of planning technology solutions to support continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Our team dynamics /h3 pYou will join amotivated team, where you will be able to thrive and contribute to foster planning procedures and optimizations. /p h3Qualifications for the role /h3 ul liDegree from a Technician School in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification. /li li2-3 years of professional experience in material logistics, supply chain management, production planning, or a related field. /li liStrong knowledge of material management processes and hands-on experience working with SAP ERP. /li liExperience with ERP systems and SOP planning tools, combined with a solid understanding of industrial supply chain operations. /li liStrong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to balance attention to detail and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. /li liFluent communication skills in both German and English. /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pABB Motion Service Division serves customers worldwide by maximizing uptime, extending product life cycle and enhancing the performance and energy efficiency of their electrical motion solutions.
