By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics-working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. /ppThis Position reports to:br/Business Transformation Manager /ppAs Transformation Manager, you will drive the integrated execution of ABB Robotics' global transformation portfolio. Acting as the central orchestrator of strategic initiatives across Business Lines and Functions, you will translate strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap, actively manage dependencies, risks, and value realization, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. This is not a traditional PMO role. You will be expected to actively drive execution, challenge progress, and mobilize action across the organization when delivery, pace, or business outcomes are at risk. /ppThis is a global role; the preferred locations are: Zürich (CH), Friedberg (DE), Barcelona (ESP), Milton Keynes (GBR), Milano (ITA) /ppWorking model is hybrid #LI-hybrid /ph3Your responsibilities: /h3ullibOwn the enterprise transformation roadmap /b: Maintain an integrated view of strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and business outcomes across ABB Robotics. /lilibDrive execution and value realization /b: Establish and lead the transformation operating cadence, ensuring initiatives deliver committed business, operational, and financial results. /lilibManage cross-functional complexity /b: Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and competing priorities across Business Lines and Functions. /lilibChallenge and accelerate delivery /b: Hold initiative owners accountable, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely intervention when delivery or outcomes are at risk. /lilibEnable executive decision-making /b: Provide transparent portfolio reporting, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums. /lilibBuild alignment across the organization /b: Partner with Business Line and Functional leaders to ensure transformation priorities remain closely linked to business needs and operational realities. /lilibLead and develop the transformation team /b: Strengthen transformation governance, ways of working, and team capabilities to increase execution speed and effectiveness. /li /ulh3Your background: /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. /lili10+ years of experience in business transformation, strategy execution, enterprise program leadership, management consulting, or a similar role within a complex global organization. /liliProven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs or portfolios that deliver measurable business impact. /liliStrong understanding of transformation value realization, with the ability to connect strategic initiatives to financial and operational outcomes. /liliExperience working with senior executives and influencing decisions without direct organizational authority. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen, with the ability to translate complexity into clear priorities and actions. /liliDemonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with the resilience and execution focus required in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulpWe value people from different backgrounds.
