This position reports to: Project Manager __ Your

Role: Own the Challenge In this position, you will be responsible for positioning state-of-the-art ABB products, systems, services and solutions within the Electrification business area in the Middle region (Salzburg, Upper Austria).

Reporting directly to the Channel Manager, you will leverage your experience and drive to further develop existing customer relationships, build new partnerships and create tailored solutions for specific requirements.

You acquire and manage projects related to electrification products across the entire lifecycle – from the initial idea through planning and tendering to successful implementation at the customer site.

You advise and support property developers, electrical planners and architects in the technical design and solution development for power distribution and building automation, actively contributing your in-depth know-how of ABB solutions.

You build and maintain sustainable customer relationships through excellent service, a clear understanding of customer requirements and professional, trust-based communication – both internally and externally.

You prepare sales plans and quotations in close, trustful collaboration with Marketing and internal stakeholders, identify new market potential, and, together with the teams, derive effective sales and marketing actions from customer and market trends – acting with a high level of ownership and in line with ABB’s core values of safety and integrity.

What it takes to Run what runs the world Completed higher-level electrical engineering education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences) or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in customer support and/or a sales-related environment, with a proven ability to sustainably develop existing business relationships and build new contacts within the relevant network (e.

G., property developers, electrical planners, architects).

Basic knowledge of building technology, ideally with exposure to KNX, enabling you to confidently handle planning and tendering topics and develop suitable solution approaches.

Strong team spirit and high social competence, combined with a professional demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments (e.

G., with Marketing and internal technical functions).

Willingness to travel regularly within your sales territory (middle region: Salzburg, Upper Austria), along with a structured, self-driven way of working.

Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, to ensure effective internal collaboration as well as reliable documentation and communication.
