Overview
In this Senior Expert role, you design and improve end-to-end development processes across hardware, software and embedded systems within ABB's R&D. You will lead cross-group alignment, connect processes with the engineering toolchain, and drive adoption of scalable workflows. You’ll address evolving requirements, including AI and automation, to enhance quality, traceability and efficiency. - Design and improve end-to-end development processes for hardware, software and embedded systems, translating requirements into usable workflows.
- Establish common process principles across Product Groups and support teams in adapting them locally.
- Collaborate with tool owners, DevOps and IT to improve tool integration, traceability and workflow automation.
- Assess process maturity and drive changes driven by new technologies, organization changes or regulatory requirements, including AI and automation.
