Overview In this leadership role, you will own ABB Switzerland's Facility Management operations, steering a nationwide portfolio and a major FM transformation. You collaborate with external partners to ensure service excellence, governance, and cost efficiency while aligning with regulatory and ABB standards. You will drive data-driven improvements and support strategic real estate objectives to elevate portfolio performance. Verantwortungsbereiche Lead FM service delivery across the Swiss portfolio with the primary FM partner, ensuring contractual compliance and KPI achievement Drive the national FM transformation, including tender finalization, transition planning, and mobilization of the new FM partner Optimize operations, compliance, and cost efficiency while enhancing service quality, sustainability, and user experience Support strategic real estate objectives using data-driven insights, stakeholder collaboration, and project leadership to improve portfolio performance and investments Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor or Master degree in a related field Approximately 10 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate/Facility Management in Switzerland Proven experience managing outsourced FM contracts and integrated service delivery models Experience leading FM transformation, outsourcing or transition projects with strong project management Solid knowledge of contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; proactive, customer-focused Fluency in German and English; experience with digital transformation in FM (AI, smart buildings, predictive maintenance, workflow automation, advanced analytics) is a strong advantage stakeholder management communication proactive and solution-oriented mindset contract management performance monitoring budgeting and forecasting
