Overview In this role you act as the main contact for customers and partners regarding UPS Systems within ABB’s Electrification/Power Protection. You support the sales and project management teams by handling inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery. The position is hybrid in Baden, Switzerland and involves cross-functional collaboration, logistics planning, and process-driven customer service to maintain satisfaction and project momentum. Verantwortungsbereiche Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Project and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery Organize project material logistics with factory, suppliers and customers Monitor order production status and delivery schedules, managing delays or escalations Handle invoicing and customer account setup per internal guidelines and project input Support the sales/project team during execution by resolving customer issues and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders Zentrale Anforderungen Completed commercial apprenticeship; HF education is an advantage Several years of professional experience in order processing or similar Agile and proactive mindset with ownership of customer issues Solid knowledge and experience in customer service Confident user of SAP Experience in EU-Export Process is an advantage Strong team player with solution-oriented and independent working style Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluent in German and French; Italian is a plus; English welcome communication teamwork problem-solving SAP EU-Export Process order processing
