Overview
In this role, you will lead and develop the DACH PMO, steering project execution across the region. You’ll standardize governance, manage risks, and drive transformation initiatives to improve delivery outcomes. You’ll collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment with procedures and targets. This is an opportunity to shape operations in a fast-moving, innovation-driven robotics environment and partner with cross-functional teams to enable strategic results.

- Lead, develop, and manage an international DACH PMO team and foster a high-performance culture
- Standardize and optimize project management processes, governance, and regional project organization
- Contribute to Operations Strategy and drive transformation initiatives across the organization
- Provide operational leadership for the project portfolio, ensuring governance and resource management
- Manage project escalations and coordinate local and global stakeholders for effective decision-making and risk mitigation
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- PMP certification is a strong advantage
- Several years of leadership experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Operations, or similar function
- Proven experience leading international and cross-functional teams in a complex environment
- Strong expertise in project governance, process optimization, stakeholder management, and organizational transformation
