Your Role & Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced
SAP Solution Consultant
who ensures the stable, efficient, and business-aligned operation of our SAP landscape across Product Lifecycle Management, Quality/Repair, and cross‑functional SAP processes.
You will take over a central function in maintaining and evolving key SAP business processes, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Work Model onsite with 10 home office days a month
Own and manage Product Lifecycle Processes , including master data, change management, phase‑out, and lifecycle control
Support and optimize SAP repair and quality processes , working closely with business teams across cross‑functional domains and multiple SAP modules
Maintain and improve documentation
and process descriptions for SAP‑related topics, ensuring up‑to‑date knowledge management
Drive IT compliance activities , including testing, control reviews, user training, and stakeholder communication with business partners, external partners, and auditors

Qualifications
Several years of experience as SAP Consultant or Solution Consultant
Hands‑on experience in different SAP modules
Ability to work across technical and business domains
Advanced structured and solution‑oriented working style with high attention to detail
Ability to lead or contribute to projects and engage with cross‑functional partners
Teamplayer and open‑minded personality
Very good German and English skills
