Service Operations Manager You are a service technician in the specialized department of Human System Interface, focusing on service requests and orders. You are responsible for the execution of service contracts, always keeping time, budget, as well as quality and safety guidelines in mind. Collaboration in the execution of service contracts and maintenance of systems and installations in the field of critical infrastructure. • Administration of Windows servers and clients, networks, backups, group policies, as well as serving as a competent point of contact for technical issues, both remotely and on-site for national and international customers. • Coordinate and define work processes, execution, etc. Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout all project phases. • Highly familiar with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
