Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional operations for the Manufacturing Unit, driving end-to-end ramp-up and operational excellence. You’ll partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Maintenance and HR to remove barriers and align priorities, while developing IPU leaders and shaping the future of the unit. You will tackle large-scale transformation initiatives and ensure readiness across supply, production, and test infrastructure. This is a hands-on opportunity to impact efficiency, collaboration, and delivery at scale within ABB Smart Power.
