Overview In this role you will lead operational excellence for UPS repair across Europe and shape the end-to-end repair business model. You will align workshop operations with ABB’s service strategy, drive cost-efficient, high-quality repairs, and optimize pricing and commercial processes. You’ll work closely with European LSOs, supply chain, product management, and engineering to solve complex escalations and deliver superior service. This position offers the opportunity to impact profitability, customer satisfaction, and sustainable service delivery at scale. You will contribute to ABB’s mission by building a lean, cross-functional repair framework that supports growth and reliability.
